The MAC officially opened its doors in 2022 and is the home of all
Muscle Baseball and Muscle Softball year-long team training.
The MAC consists of 5,000 square feet premier indoor training space with wall to wall premium turf and netting. Fully configurable to meet the needs of all our players, The MAC features permanent pitching and hitting lanes, as well as an open flex space for footwork, fielding, and throwing drills. A dedicated arm care and conditioning station provides players with the tools necessary to build speed and strength that will translate to the field.
Additionally, The MAC features a classroom setting for coaches to break down film, educational videos, and conduct team meetings.

Whether you are a coach that needs space for your entire team or an instructor looking for lanes for individual or group lessons, The MAC is available to rent. Individual lanes or flex spaces can be rented based on your needs.
